I’m Elisa Ulloa, a Senior Product Designer living between Madrid and Buenos Aires, working with teams across the U.S. and Europe.

For over a decade, I’ve helped startups and growth-stage companies design scalable digital products across fintech, health tech, and B2B SaaS. My focus is simple: turn complexity into clarity and build systems that drive measurable outcomes.

I specialize in shaping product direction, designing complex workflows, and building scalable design systems that enable teams to move faster without sacrificing quality.

My work blends strategy and execution, owning initiatives end to end while aligning business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.

Having lived and worked across Argentina, New Zealand, Portugal, and Spain, I bring adaptability, cross-cultural collaboration, and a global perspective to every product I help shape.

My international background helps me adapt fast to different markets and team dynamics, whether I’m designing a B2B payments tool, a mobile AI experience, or a design system to unify fragmented platforms.
